To rent out your motorhome can be the shortcut to even buying a motorhome. Maybe you
are only going to use your motorhome a few weeks per year and then the running costs at
buying and servicing seem high. Perhaps too high…

The IMC specializes in renting out motorhomes and has 30 in their rental department. In
addition to this several of the IMC members have a motorhome which the IMC rents out for
them in short or long periods of time.

The IMC’s rental department takes care of all the practical details regarding rental. The
member does not need to do anything.

The member pays a provision of 20% of the rental income for:

• Advertising on Google AdWords and the Danish and German website
• The rental itself (handover/return) and the settlement with customers
• Settlement of damages with the insurance
• Service control
• Accounting of your income

When you wish to use your motorhome yourself you have to let the rental department know well in advance so that it will not be rented out when you have to use it.
Not all types of motorhomes are easy to rent out. It is therefore very important that you let us consult you before buying.

When the IMC purchases for the member the IMC will calculate a provision after a discount of 3%.
